Celebrating Unity in Christ

Our church "He is risen....He is risen, indeed. Alleluia." This is the greeting the members of our congregation shared on Easter morning. We celebrate in the joy of the risen Savior and welcome you to join us as we unite in Christ's love and forgiveness.

We worship as a community gathered around God's Word and the Sacraments to hear and experience the forgiveness of sins and salvation in Jesus Christ. As our Lord comes to us in His Word and in the Lord's Supper, we celebrate His victory over sin and death. We welcome and invite you to celebrate that victory with us.

We learn as a community gathered around God's Word. Growth through Christian Education is a priority at Lord of the Lakes. We offer a wide variety of education opportunities to meet the needs of all people.

We share fellowship with one another as a community of God's forgiven people. Lord of the Lakes is a warm and caring place, full of people who have found the joy of Christian friendship. Whether it is coffee hour after Worship, Bible Study, a youth activity, a planned social outing, a meal or fellowship dinner, you will find meaningful relationships among people who care about and for each other. We provide and encourage fellowship opportunities for people of all ages, from a very active youth group to our senior members. We see God at work through the words and actions of His people - wherever and whenever daily life is shared and lived, not just at the Church.

Our sanctuaryWe respond to God's love in Christ Jesus by offering ourselves in joyful service to our Savior, His Church and His people. At Lord of the Lakes there are many opportunities for people to get involved in works of witness and service. Members on our boards and committees see to it that the work of the church is carried out effectively and efficiently. Others prefer to serve by reaching out to those in our community with caring ministries. Still others give of their time and talents to teach the children of our church. There is always a place to serve and help others at Lord of the Lakes.
